Crystallography of Recrystallization in Al and Cu with Fiber Texture

چکیده

The interest in the crystallography of structural transformations is driven by emerging capabilities texture control and resulting anisotropy physical-mechanical properties functional materials products. recrystallization cold-drawn Cu Al samples after annealing at different temperatures was studied using EBSD. Equivalent deformation textures are transformed into textures. nuclei formed high-angle boundaries between deformed grains close to Σ3 CSL boundaries. inside twin (Σ3). both crystallites whose approximately correspond misorientation rotated about <772> axis an angle 52–70° from a matrix. physical interpretation results will allow for development new models enhancement existing inheritance.
